Men’s Basketball Eligibility Ruling, Paul Dhillon – September 23, 2008 Paul Dhillon played in 7 games (out of a 24 game season) for King’s during the 2007-08 season as a member of the school’s basketball team.  He was then forced to leave the team for medical reasons.  Mr. Dhillon seeks to reinstate a year of eligibility in relation to last season. 

Commissioner B. Hendsbee ruled that based on Art. 1, Sec. 5, Rule 1 and Rule 1.3.5 of the OC Mr. Dhillon did not play more that 30% of his league schedule and after reviewing supporting documentation of the injury he will not be charged with a year of ACAC eligibility for the 2007-08 season.
