2008-09 SeasonNovember 27, 2008 RDC Women’s Hockey, Kelly Giacobbo – November 27, 2008 – Kaitlin Chapman, RDCs’ regular goalkeeper suffered an injury and is unable to practice or play for 2-3 weeks. RDC has a red shirt goaltender, Kelly Giacobbo, who is on their eligibility list. RDC has asked for confirmation that Kelly does not lose a year of eligibility for dressing on November 27 and December 5. Commissioner B. Hendsbee confirmed that Art. I, Sec. 13, Rule 10.2 states that the emergency back-up goaltender will not be considered to have used a year of eligibility if they play fewer than five games. Bill Hendsbee |
