Forfeiture: NAIT Basketball - Ryan Sherman

NAIT Men’s Basketball, Ryan Sherman – On January 9 and 10, 2009, Ryan Sherman, competed for the NAIT Men’s Basketball team in games against GPRC. NAIT won both games. Unfortunately, as NAIT concedes, Mr. Sherman had not been properly registered with the ACAC Office and was, therefore, ineligible to compete. 

Based on Article I Section 5 Rule 10.1 of the ACAC Operating Code Commissioner B. Hendsbee has ruled that the ACAC Office shall adjust the results of the January 9-10 matches to reflect forfeits by NAIT. In addition, a $200 fine shall be payable by NAIT forthwith.
