2006-07 SeasonOctober 11, 2006 SAIT women and men's soccer teams were ruled ineligible after competing respectively in soccer matches Sept. 17 when they hosted Lethbridge Community College. In this case, the Main (eligibility) Form was not signed by the SAIT registrar until September 20, 2006 subsequent to the playing of these first matches of the season. As a result, both matches were ruled as forfeitures by SAIT and the points were awarded to LCC. This decision was rendered by ACAC Commissioner Bill Hendsbee, who emphasized in his judgement the error was solely administrative and "there is no suggestion SAIT in any way attempted to circumvent the ACAC eligibility process".
