Facts:

On February 12, 2011 Augustana’s Jeremy Beirnes (#96) received his 6th game misconduct of the season. 

Ruling:

Article I Section 13 Rule 9.4.1.4 calls for a review by the Commissioner, SMT Convenor and General Manager upon a player receiving 6 Game Misconducts.

Following a discussion between the above group, it was decided that Mr. Beirnes will be suspended for two (2) games as a result of receiving 6 Game Misconducts. A further Game Misconduct this season will not be looked upon favourably by the Committee.

The suspension shall be served as follows: 

  • February 18, 2011 vs. Portage College 
  • February 19, 2011 vs. Portage College
