CASE: Major Penalty Causing Injury

A player received a major penalty for tripping and a game misconduct. The action caused an injury to an opponent. It was determined that the action was not intentional.

RULING: 

The player was suspended for one game.

Another player received a major penalty for boarding and a game misconduct, with the action resulting in an injury. This player was also given a one game suspension.
