CASE: Game Ejection for Kicking

An athlete was ejected from an ACAC basketball game for kicking an opponent while he was on the ground as well as baiting and goading the opponent through verbal abuse into a possible physical altercation in the locker room after the game.

RULING: 

The player received a one game suspension for his ejection from the game and another one game suspension for unacceptable conduct after the game.
